Does my offshore team need to be with Access Offshoring?
No. The AI Accelerator is open to any offshore team — direct hires, agency placements, or any combination. We train your people regardless of who recruited or placed them.
When is the next AI training cohort?

What AI tools will my offshore team learn?

Is the training live or pre-recorded?
Fully live and interactive, delivered remotely via video conference. Every session includes hands-on exercises with your team's real work — not just slides. We don't offer a recorded version because the personalisation and hands-on practice can't be replicated asynchronously.
What roles does the AI training cover?
Day 1 covers AI foundations that apply to every role. Day 2 includes role-specific breakout tracks for admin, marketing and finance. If your team includes other roles (operations, customer service, technical), the foundational skills transfer fully and we cover applications during Q&A.
How is the AI training personalised to my business?
Before training begins, we build a business context document — your company details, brand voice, products and processes. This gets loaded into your team's AI tools (ChatGPT Projects, Claude Projects, custom GPTs) so every response is tailored to how your business actually works, not generic AI outputs.
What about AI usage policy and data security?
Your AI Usage Policy is signed before Day 1. It's aligned with Australian Privacy Principles and covers what data offshore staff can and can't put into AI tools, confidentiality requirements and responsible use. Data handling is a Day 1 module, not an afterthought.
What happens after the two days of training?
Each team member receives a 30/60/90-day adoption plan, a resource pack and access to six months of follow-up support: monthly AI tips, quarterly refresher sessions and an evolving resource library so the skills compound rather than fade.
What if a team member can't attend both days?
Both days are required for certification — Day 2 builds directly on Day 1. If someone misses, they can join the next cohort at no extra cost.
